环境与安装
LingBot-VLA 使用独立的 Conda 环境：
conda create -n lingbotvla python=3.12 -y
conda activate lingbotvla
git clone https://github.com/Robbyant/lingbot-vla.git
cd lingbot-vla
bash install.sh
下载预训练权重
预训练权重提供不含深度蒸馏和包含深度蒸馏两种配置：

使用脚本下载 Hugging Face 权重：

2026 年 5 月 1 日前下载的权重可能因 LeRobot 从 v2.1 迁移至 v3.0 而出现配置解码错误。遇到该问题时，请重新下载最新权重。
准备基座权重
后训练还需要以下权重：
